Where this comes from

CaseBuilder.Pro is built by George Aguiar, a software engineer since the 1990s who builds his own tools and runs them on himself first.

The method did not start as a product. It started as the discipline behind cancelculture.wtf, a documentary project about people pushed out by accusations they never got to answer. To publish anything about a real dispute, every fact had to survive a hostile reading before it reached an audience: every claim classified, every claim tied to a source, every person named given a chance to respond. The five stamps and the order of the record were worked out there, on a real record, and are published in full.

Along the way it became clear that the method is the thing the average person never has when the accusation lands. Lawyers have tools for this, priced for firms. Nobody had built one for the person before counsel, on the phone they already own. So this is that.

It is side-neutral by construction. The method never asks who you are or which side of an accusation you stand on; it asks what happened and what shows it. The door has no gate.

Not legal advice. A record you control.
