What we collect, and what we don’t
This website
This site runs no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. Its fonts are served from this site, not from a font service. The only thing it can collect is an email address, and only if you type one into the notify-me form.
When you do, we store the address, the date, which form you used, whether you said you are with an advocacy group, the exact consent line you were shown, and a salted hash of your network address (the address itself is never stored; the hash is kept for abuse forensics and cannot be reversed into an address). We send one email asking you to confirm. Until you press the button in that email nothing else is ever sent to that address, and an unconfirmed address is not used for anything.
Confirmed addresses receive one email when CaseBuilder opens and occasional news about it afterwards. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Your address is never shared, sold or used for anything else. The list is held by us, on our own infrastructure, not with a mailing-list provider. The sign-up form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a cookie of its own for that purpose only.

The product, when it exists
The product’s stance is stated in full in the notices: in the free version your record lives on your device and we hold nothing; paid features see only what they need, under your consent, with stated retention and deletion on request; personal information on our side is encrypted at rest; there are no trackers. A full privacy policy for the product is published before anyone can sign up for it.
